Bak is a certified medical and legal interpreter, translator, performance coach, and interpreter trainer with over 15 years of hands-on experience across the U.S. and Canada. He is the founder of Baklingual Solutions, where he offers high-quality interpretation, translation, and interpreter training services rooted in real-world expertise, cultural competence, and sector-specific precision.
Fluent in English, Russian, Uzbek, and Turkish, Bak holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations with a major in languages, and a master’s degree in Economics. He has interpreted and translated for a wide range of institutions including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), U.S. state courts, law enforcement agencies, detention centers, and police departments. He has also provided medical interpretation for leading hospitals, emergency departments, clinics, and pharmacies throughout North America.
Before founding Baklingual Solutions, Bak served as Lead Trainer and Quality Assurance Specialist for several respected language service providers, including Language Line Solutions (LLS) and Kelly Services. He continues to collaborate closely with leading LSPs and translation agencies such as Voyce/Equiti, Globo, Jeenie, CanTalk, and COSTI Translations, in various interpreting, training, and consulting roles.
As an educator and mentor, Bak has trained over 300 interpreters from six continents through his industry-recognized 40-hour interpreter courses, widely respected for their hands-on, real-life application and an impressive 92% success rate. His mission is to empower interpreters through practical, career-ready training that bridges communication and real-world impact.
