He is NBCMI Certified Medical Interpreter with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality interpretation, translation, and interpreter training services across the United States and Canada. Bak has provided language services for major institutions, including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), U.S. state courts, social services agencies, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), 911 emergency services, and detention facilities.

In addition to active practice, Bak collaborates with leading language service providers such as Language Line Solutions (LLS), Globo, Propio, Jeenie, CanTalk, and COSTI Translations.

As an interpreter trainer and coach, Bak has trained 300+ interpreters from six continents through his industry-recognized 40-hour interpreter training programs, designed to meet NBCMI and CCHI professional standards and known for their practical focus, rigorous methodology, and consistently strong outcomes, with an average 92% exam pass rate.
